In Connection is a day of deep soulful connection where you will experience tangible connection tools, receive heart centred wisdom and learn how to create soulful self connection, especially as we begin to reconnect with one another.
Bringing together some of the most beautiful souls on this earth, be inspired by and soak up their heart centred wisdom, which will leave you feeling deeply connected, curious about connecting to yourself in new ways and ultimately allowing yourself to become your most confident and connected self.
Over the past year we have all experienced a level of physical disconnection from one another, completely shifting our realities. As humans we thrive when we are connected. We are wired for human connection and I know I certainly am ready for those heart to heart hugs again! But as we start reconnecting with the world, our friends and love ones it can feel a bit overwhelming and uncertain.
What we need right now is a space to create deeper connection with ourselves so that we can connect with one another on a deeper level!

My favourite thing in the world is deep soulful connection AND juicy conversations. Throughout my own journey of deeper discovery I have found that CONNECTION is the secret ingredient to EVERYTHING. And so I had a soul urge to create a day devoted to it!
My Intention for In Connection is that you can explore deeper connection within yourself so that you can connect on a deeper level with others, especially as we begin to reconect with one another in the world. It's time to get curious and connect with yourself in new ways! I can't wait to hold this space for you and invite some of the biggest hearts I know so that they can share their wisdom with you too.
